Booking & Cancellation Policy

At Radiant Revive Holistics, we value your time and are committed to providing personalised care for every client. Because appointments are reserved specifically for you, we kindly ask that you review the following booking and cancellation guidelines.

Appointment Bookings

Appointments can be scheduled through our online booking system or by contacting our practice directly. Once your appointment has been confirmed, that time is reserved exclusively for you.

Cancellation or Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another client.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Missed Appointments

Clients who miss an appointment without notice may be required to pay a missed appointment fee or prepay for future sessions.

Refund Policy

Radiant Revive Holistics provides wellness consultations, assessments and therapy sessions which require time to prepare and schedule. For this reason, services that have already taken place are non-refundable.

If you have prepaid for a session and need to cancel within the allowed notice period, your appointment can be rescheduled.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may need to be shortened to avoid impacting other clients scheduled after you.
