I didn’t step into menopause coaching because I studied it.
I stepped into it because I lived it.
As a Holistic Naturopathic Practitioner, I understood the physiology. I knew what estrogen was doing. I understood the hormonal shifts on paper.
But none of that prepared me for what I actually experienced.
Menopause itself didn’t make me lose myself. What nearly broke me was navigating profound trauma, loss, and life change at the exact same time my hormones were shifting.
At the time, I didn’t understand the connection.
I was simply trying to survive.

I wasn’t just moving through perimenopause.
I was rebuilding my life.
Navigating grief.
Adjusting to single motherhood.
Carrying emotional and physiological stress my body had been holding for years.
And slowly, everything began to surface.
Sleep unravelled.
My energy disappeared.
Anxiety intensified.
Weight gain felt impossible to control.
I felt overwhelmed, exhausted, and disconnected from myself.
Not because I was failing —
But because my body could no longer compensate.
